Operator
Duties:
- Operate machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment
- transport vehicles
- Recover accidents
- Jumpstarts, Unlocks, and tire changes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous towing experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required

Summary
As a Rollback Operator, you will be essential in ensuring the safe and efficient transport of vehicles. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role involves driving tow trucks and utilizing your mechanical knowledge to tire changes and vehicle unlocks. Your core skills in driving and towing, combined with premium skills in conflict management and commercial driving, will enable you to handle various situations effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service and load/unload operations will enhance the overall experience for our clients.
