The Opportunity: No logistics experience? No problem. This is an in-office role for team players who value face-to-face collaboration. We are looking for competitive, coachable go-getters ready to break into the fast-paced world of freight brokerage. This is a full-time, in-office training role where you will learn the ins and outs of carrier sales, freight movement, and relationship building from an experienced team. What You'll Learn: How to source and build relationships with truck carriers. How to negotiate freight rates and protect margins. How freight moves from booking to delivery. How to use Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and load boards. How to handle challenges in this industry. How to track shipments and communicate with carriers and our inside sales team.
What You'll Do: Use our tools and make consistent outbound calls to cover freight and coordinating shipments. Build and maintain carrier relationships. Aggressively negotiate rates while maintaining profitability. Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Support the team in daily operations and problem-solving. Grow into a full-fledged Carrier Sales Representative.
