Glen Raven is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Technician to help receive and process AP invoices for Glen Raven & Trivantage.

- Open mail received, stage invoices by division for scanning
- Scan invoices into AnyDoc system
- Process invoices in AnyDoc: Verifying supplier names, remittance addresses, invoice totals, terms, invoice dates, amounts
- Process invoices in OnBase: Once invoices move over to OnBase from AnyDoc
- Verify invoices against receipts on PO’s.
- Forwarded to approvers for non-PO invoices
- Verify invoices that show up in OnBase system as duplicate invoice numbers
- Process invoices once they have been approved by approvers
- Verify invoice information again before completing invoice to be processed for payment
- Reconciling monthly statements from suppliers
- Contact suppliers for invoice copies/invoice backup when needed
- Associate's degree in Business or related field or equivalent education and related training preferred.
- 2 years of experience working with accounts payables preferred.
- Entry level to working knowledge of subject matter desired
- Good verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Outlook helpful
- Attention to details and good math skills are needed
- Accuracy and speed in data entry
