Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to lead and shape the Payables workstream within a healthcare-focused organization. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and innovative solutions for the Accounts Payable workstream to meet organizational goals.

• Collaborate closely with implementation partners, business operations, and technical teams to design and execute solutions within project timelines.

• Analyze business requirements to ensure Oracle solutions align with industry standards and organizational objectives.

• Oversee the delivery of functional and technical solutions, applying keen judgment and insight.

• Mentor team members, business operations staff, and users while influencing key decisions with leadership.

• Identify, monitor, and address risks, issues, actions, and decisions within the workstream.

• Coordinate internal resources to ensure project milestones are achieved.

• Manage go-live activities and oversee the transition of payables functions to the business operations team.

• Maintain compliance with financial processes, ensuring accuracy in accounts payable transactions.

• Act as a subject matter expert in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, providing guidance and expertise.

• Minimum of 10 years of functional experience in Accounts Payable.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience, preferably in a team setting.
• Solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, with 3 years of experience in Payables and familiarity with Cash Management, Procurement, and General Ledger.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering Source to Pay workstreams.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating attention to detail.
• Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization, deadline management, and multitasking.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of accounting functions, software systems, and tools such as Concur and ADP Financial Services.
