Resident Assistant (RA) - Part-time Day Shift
Up to $3 shift differential added to base wage
About the Job
The Resident Assistant will work under the supervision of licensed nurses to provide delegated nursing tasks and ensure timely, efficient, and safe client/resident care. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and make sound judgments in emergency situations.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform initial and ongoing data collection on all clients/residents
* Implement plan of care developed by RN based on client/resident needs
* Provide direct resident care and report condition changes to nurse
* Demonstrate knowledge of each tenant/client assigned to their care from a whole person perspective
* Assist with general care and service needs as assigned
