Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and friendly Part-Time Dietary Assistant to join our dietary team. This position helps prepare and serve meals while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Assist with meal preparation and food service.
• Prepare and deliver resident meal trays according to dietary guidelines.
• Assist with serving meals and beverages.
• Clean and sanitize dishes, equipment, work areas, and dining spaces.
• Stock food, supplies, and serving areas as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures.
• Work closely with dietary and nursing staff to meet resident needs.

Qualifications

• Previous dietary, food service, restaurant, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work well as part of a team.
• Friendly and respectful when interacting with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
