Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening Shift | $10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL
$10,000 Sign-On Bonus
Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM | 8-Hour Shifts
Shift Differential: $2.00/hour weekdays | $2.75/hour weekends

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our evening shift nursing team.
As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our nursing team to provide quality, compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
- Supervise and support CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
- Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Dependable and committed to quality resident care.
