Job Title: PM Laundry Attendant

Status: Part-Time or Full-Time (as applicable)
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM with rotating days, including weekends and holidays

Position Summary

The PM Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens while maintaining cleanliness and organization in the laundry area. During slower laundry periods or when operational needs require, the attendant will assist the housekeeping team by cleaning guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to ensure the hotel maintains the highest standards of cleanliness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and laundry equipment safely and efficiently.

• Sort linens, towels, and other laundry items by type and washing requirements.

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens according to hotel standards.

• Monitor laundry supplies and report any shortages or equipment issues.

• Maintain a clean and organized laundry area at all times.

• Assist with cleaning guest rooms when needed, including making beds, removing trash, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

• Assist with cleaning guest bathrooms, including sinks, mirrors, toilets, and tubs.

• Help maintain public areas such as hallways, restrooms, and common spaces when needed.

• Follow all hotel safety and sanitation procedures.

• Work cooperatively with the housekeeping team to support hotel operations.

Requirements

• Must be able to work the PM shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with rotating days, including weekends and holidays.

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry up to 25–50 pounds regularly.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.

• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous hotel housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required.

Salary : $15 - $16
