GLC Group is currently seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN/Per Diem shifts in Lake Norden, SD.

Compensation:
- Hourly: $22
- Weekly Pay - every Friday
Job Requirements:
- Valid and current CNA Certification in the state you are applying to
- 1-2 years CNA current/recent experience in Skilled Nursing facility
- Active Certifications - BLS or CPR
- Must have a COVID-19 vaccination or exemption where applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with ADLs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Provide mobility, transfers, positioning, and fall prevention assistance.
- Monitor and document vital signs, intake/output, and changes in condition.
- Support meals, hydration, comfort, and personal hygiene.
- Maintain resident safety, dignity, privacy, and independence.
- Provide companionship and support with daily activities.
- Follow care plans and report concerns or changes to licensed staff.
- Maintain accurate care documentation and follow infection-control procedures.
