GLB Solutions is a transportation and logistics company focused on LTL, FTL, and complex freight solutions.
We’re looking for someone with Freight Brokerage experience who understands internal logistics operations and wants to be part of a steady and growing team.
The Role
This is an in-office position in Norcross with direct exposure to daily operations and leadership. You will manage loads from pickup through delivery, with a cradle-to-grave mentality guiding each shipment with accuracy and attention to detail.
What You Will Be Doing
- Entering and managing loads accurately in our system
- Onboarding carriers and maintaining compliance documentation
- Tracking drivers and providing timely, meaningful updates
- Communicating with customers at key milestones
- Confirming appointments and monitoring schedules
- Collecting and verifying PODs and supporting documents
- Preparing completed loads for invoicing
- Keeping load notes organized and easy for the team to follow
- Supporting operational problem-solving when needed
Requirements:
- 2 years in Freight Brokerage
- Hands-on experience managing shipments cradle-to-grave
- Comfortable speaking with carriers and customers daily
- Strong organizational habits
- Proficiency with TMS and the ability to learn new systems quickly
