We are looking for a Brand Manager who ensures the optimal utilization of marketing and sales resources to maximize brand development and revenue for the assigned brand. The Brand Manager integrates and enhances supplier marketing programs and initiatives. This involves collaborating with external suppliers to align marketing efforts and enhance brand visibility.  The Brand Manager will monitor sales results to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, and assist the sales team in developing strong supplier relations, executing plans, and achieving goals.  

 Our Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; plus (3) year of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Our Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to communicate enthusiasm for the product and category.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Ability to perform nighttime and weekend work as required; occasional overnight travel required.
• Willingness to participate in company sponsored events, festivals, and other functions as assigned.

Your Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with assigned supplier representatives.
• Assist in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans with suppliers.
• Communicate plans to the sales department via meetings and other communication forms.
• Use analysis of internal sales reports, industry information and supplier data to build plans and monitor results.
• Create sales incentive programs, track and review results with Sales manager and recommend course correction when needed.
• Work with marketing/sales manager to develop marketing plans and adhere to supplier marketing budgets.
• Negotiate supplier co-op programs.
• Assist in the tracking of supplier tactical co-op budgets.
• Work with suppliers and company representatives in the market to ascertain program effectiveness and identify other potential opportunities.
• Develop and make presentations to key customers as assigned.
• Cicerone certification highly preferred.
• Experience working for supplier highly valued.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
