Responsibilities
- Build good rapport with a customer and create a customer that wants to come back to see you. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking qualifying questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Become a product specialist. Knowing all the ins and outs of vehicles.
- Perform high-quality and thorough demonstrations of vehicle technologies.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Learn to recognize objections and help overcome them.
- Work directly with a management team regarding sales, follow up, and customer satisfaction.
- Come to work with a positive energized attitude. Ready to tackle each day.
Qualifications
- Be a self-driven learner ready to always adapt and learn new technologies
- Excellent communications ability in person, phone, and email.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record
- Available to work longer hours
