Glassbox is looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Director of Marketing Communications to elevate our brand and storytelling as we continue to scale.
This leader will own our external voice and digital presence - driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement through compelling content, digital experiences, social media, PR, and creative campaigns.
You will lead a high-performing internal team and agency partners, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
This leader will own our external voice and digital presence - driving brand awareness, thought leadership, and engagement through compelling content, digital experiences, social media, PR, and creative campaigns.
You will lead a high-performing internal team and agency partners, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging and measurable impact across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the company website as a strategic growth asset.
- Develop and execute a content strategy that positions the company as a category leader, including blogs, customer stories, whitepapers, and G2 presence.
- Lead the social media strategy, driving awareness and engagement.
- Own the PR strategy, managing media relations, press releases, and industry engagement to amplify company and product narratives.
- Lead the creative function, overseeing visual identity and ensuring consistency across ads, presentations, digital assets, and event collateral.
- Partner with Field Marketing to align creative and messaging strategies with regional initiatives and events.
- Work with Product Marketing and Demand Generation to ensure cohesive go-to-market messaging and execution across the funnel.
- Manage and collaborate a multidisciplinary team of marketers as well as external agencies and freelancers.
- Establish clear KPIs for brand awareness, engagement, and campaign impact.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and collaboration across marketing and the broader organization.
- 6 years of marketing experience, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS environments.
- Proven success in building and scaling brand and communications functions for growth-stage companies.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing across content, digital, social, and PR.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agencies.
- Exceptional visual creativity and writing skills.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable business impact.
- Experience with financial services, insurance, or healthcare - an advantage.
