What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brand & Digital Marketing Specialist position at Forefront Communications Group Inc.?
We’re looking for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience to join our Digital and Design teams. Candidates should have a solid background in digital marketing, graphic design and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Ideally, you’ll bring expertise in running multi-channel campaigns (paid and organic) and creating compelling visual assets across web, email and social. Familiarity with (or at least a desire to learn about) the capital markets and fintech is a big plus, as is proficiency with the primary tools we use (HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite – to name a few).
This is a full-time position that includes a full benefits package and a great work environment that balances the flexibility and productivity of remote work with the cohesiveness and collaboration that comes from being together as a team (we ask everyone to work from our office on Wednesdays and Thursdays). Compensation for this role includes a base salary of $80–100k (depending on experience), participation in Forefront’s profit-sharing program and an opportunity for additional incentive compensation.
Located in NYC’s Flatiron District, Forefront is a specialized marketing and PR firm that services the most influential companies in the capital markets and institutional fintech. We apply deep sector knowledge, decades of in-house experience, and extensive industry connections to develop highly strategic, bespoke programs that help clients grow, regardless of their lifecycle stage.
In 2025, Forefront was named Agency of the Year at the FinTech Marketing North America Awards. Forefront was also named one of PRWeek’s Best Places to Work in 2024, a 2021 Top Boutique PR Agency by Insider, and was one of six agencies named to Observer’s prestigious Financial PR Honor Roll, spotlighting the most influential firms serving the financial services industry. The New York-based publication noted that “the agency punches way above its weight,” helping it build an impressive roster of clients. Forefront campaigns have also been recognized by the Bulldog Awards, Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and PRNEWS’ Platinum PR Awards.
