Duties
- Prepare vehicles for tinting by cleaning windows thoroughly and ensuring surfaces are free of dust, debris, and grease.
- Measure and cut tinting film accurately to fit various vehicle windows, ensuring a seamless application.
- Apply window tint film using specialized tools such as squeegees, heat guns, and power tools to achieve a smooth, bubble-free finish.
- Inspect completed work for quality control, ensuring adherence to safety standards and customer specifications.
- Assist with related vehicle detailing, glass installation, or minor auto body repairs as needed to support overall vehicle enhancement projects.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of tools and materials.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding tinting options, process timelines, and aftercare instructions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive window tinting or dealership service environments is highly preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and assembly techniques.
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance, auto body repair, and automotive repair processes.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks involving standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for precision in applying films and finishing touches.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with team members and customers.
