What are the responsibilities and job description for the EMDR Psychotherapist in Private Practice position at Glass Psychotherapy?
Glass Psychotherapy is a trauma-informed private practice specializing in relational healing, attachment, and healthy intimacy—and we’re growing! We’re looking for LMSW or LCSW clinicians trained in EMDR to join our team in a hybrid role based out of our NYC office (276 5th Avenue), with a blend of in-person and virtual work.
Our clients often present with relational trauma, attachment wounds, and patterns such as anxiety, depression, substance use, codependency, and intimacy challenges. Clinicians in this role will work with meaningful, in-depth cases including betrayal trauma, attachment injuries, and complex relational trauma across individuals and couples.

- LMSW or LCSW (Must be licensed in NY)
- EMDR trained (Parts 1 & 2 complete)
