Summary
The Planning Assistant Manager will oversee the Planning Coordinators to create a weekly work plan for all activities in the Propagation and Cultivation Greenhouses. This position will be required to work with all teams in propagation, cultivation and post-harvest to ensure deadlines are met and information is collected and communicated.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

- Maintain near-term forecast to align with budget.
- Help to solve problems relating to crop issues and how they relate to planning adjustments
- Communicate planning needs to all teams in the greenhouse
- Communicate changes in forecast to Crop Planning Manager
- Facilitate scheduled meetings with all Greenhouse teams for information needed to execute a solid plan.
- Help to maintain quality standards of greenhouse activities
- Use required PPE per OSHA regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education And/or Experience
- Background in horticulture and/or Cannabis preferred.
- Excel experience is a must.
- Metrc experience preferred.
- Bilingual preferred
- Microsoft Excel Experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Bilingual preferred
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude
- Authorized to work in the United States
- This position requires a 40-hour minimum work week
- Must be able to write and communicate effectively with the entire team.
