Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and competitive Canvas Team Lead to lead our door-to-door appointment-setting team.

This is a hands-on leadership position. You will be responsible for leading canvassers in the field, developing new team members, managing daily production, and helping your team consistently achieve performance goals.

The ideal candidate is someone who leads from the front, enjoys coaching and developing others, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of door-to-door appointment setters.
• Work alongside the team in the field and lead by example.
• Train and develop new and existing team members on our pitch, appointment-setting process, and canvassing techniques.
• Conduct daily team meetings, goal setting, and performance reviews.
• Assign and manage canvassing territories.
• Track individual and team performance against company KPIs.
• Coach team members to improve production, communication, and appointment quality.
• Maintain a positive, competitive, and accountable team culture.
• Utilize company technology and mobile applications to track doors knocked, leads, appointments, and overall production.
• Recruit and help develop additional team members as the company grows.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the Glass Brothers brand positively in every neighborhood we serve.

Compensation & Bonus Opportunities

In addition to regular compensation, Canvas Team Leads have the opportunity to earn performance-based monthly and quarterly bonuses based on team production and achievement of company goals.

Qualifications

• Previous door-to-door, canvassing, field marketing, or outside sales experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or team management experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable coaching and holding team members accountable to performance expectations.
• Ability to motivate and develop others.
• Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation.
• Comfortable using mobile devices and performance-tracking applications.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
