Wage Information:

• Full Time RN: $40.50/hour- $47.50/hour based on experience as an RN & LPN
• Full Time LPN: $33.25/hour - $38.25/hour
• Includes $3.40/hour MI Wage pass through 09.30.26

At Gladwin Pines Nursing & Rehabilitation Center we have a FULL TIME RN/ LPN position available. Starting base pay (based on experience) up to $44.10 per hour PLUS Covid Supplemental pay at $3.40 per hour MI Wage Pass Through September 2026. Newly hired full and part time nurses are eligible for a Sign-on Bonus.
