Project Assistant -- Glacier Roofing & Exteriors

We are hiring a Project Assistant who thrives in organized chaos, communicates clearly, and loves helping projects move from "sold" to "successfully completed."

This is not a sit-back-and-watch role, and it's not for someone who needs a slow, predictable day to stay on top of things. Jobs move fast, priorities shift fast, and you need to be able to move with them. This is for someone who wants to grow, solve problems and become a key player inside a rapidly growing company. This can be a full-time or seasonal role.

What You'll Do

You will work directly alongside our Operations, Sales, and Support teams to help keep projects on track and clients informed.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assist with residential and commercial roofing & exterior projects, often on multiple jobs at once
• Deliver materials to jobsites and schedule returns — on time, every time
• Communicate with homeowners, team members, trade partners, and insurance personnel, often the same day something changes
• Manage project details inside our CRM and Google Workspace systems in real time
• Handle inspections, punch lists, supplements, and warranty follow-ups without letting things slip
• Keep jobs organized and moving to completion at a high level, even when priorities shift
• Support production and operations workmanship with day-to-day execution
• Market our services to neighborhoods and communities we serve
• Sign up new clients for residential and commercial roofing & exterior project

Compensation & Growth

• Pay range: $22–$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
