- Lead the company's financial strategy and long-term fiscal performance.
- Partner with the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors on strategic initiatives and business decisions.
- Oversee finance, accounting, treasury, purchasing, tax strategy, enterprise risk management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Evaluate acquisitions, capital investments, and growth opportunities.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance, and risk management.

Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- MBA, Master's degree, or CPA designation preferred.
Experience
- Executive leadership experience overseeing corporate finance and accounting functions.
- Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, treasury management, internal controls, and strategic financial planning.
- Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, renewable fuels, or other commodity-based industries preferred.
- Knowledge of commodity markets, hedging strategies, and enterprise risk management.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, driving organizational performance, and partnering with executive leadership and Boards of Directors.
