Warehouse Team Lead (Refrigerated Environment)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM, with weekends as needed
Pay: Starting at $19/hr (growth opportunities available)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced, high-volume refrigerated environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership and training experience who can guide a team to meet performance, safety, and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and train team members to perform tasks safely and efficiently
Monitor daily warehouse flow, staffing, and performance to meet productivity goals
Oversee inventory management, including inbound/outbound tracking, scanning accuracy, and load preparation
Ensure proper pallet building, staging, and outbound readiness
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate daily expectations, resolve issues, and provide end-of-day performance reports
Conduct safety meetings, team huddles, and ongoing training
Requirements:
Proven leadership and team training experience
Ability to work in a cold, fast-paced warehouse environment
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of warehouse operations (scanning, sorting, checking, and loading)
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and remain active throughout a 10-hour shift
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and weekend needs
Training Provided:
Hands-on training includes scanning systems, warehouse operations, forklift use (as needed), and inventory procedures.
