We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable QC Inspector to join the Quality department. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and sampling all incoming materials—such as raw ingredients, packaging components, and artwork—to ensure compliance with company quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections and sampling of incoming raw materials, components, and packaging.
- Verify documentation and Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for all shipments.
- Ensure materials meet internal quality standards and external regulatory guidelines.
- Accurately document inspection results and report any deviations or non-conformities.
- Manage labeling, storage, and handling of sampled materials.
- Track test samples and results to ensure timely reporting and resolution.
- Maintain the raw material sample log for accurate traceability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to address and resolve quality issues.
- Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Adhere to GMP and FDA regulations, as well as all safety protocols.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance inspections.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Prior experience in a food manufacturing or quality assurance environment preferred.
- Knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
