Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and follow written work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.
- Perform assembly, mounting, curing, cleaning, and inspection of components and finished products.
- Conduct visual inspections using microscopes and precision measuring equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load, operate, and monitor automated production equipment as required.
- Handle materials and components safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing practices, and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Support production schedules and meet established productivity and quality goals.
- Assist with other production-related tasks as assigned.
