We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Hialeah. This is a hands-on warehouse position involving shipping, receiving, order picking, loading/unloading, and general warehouse operations.
Pay: $15.00–$18.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Responsibilities
- Load and unload containers and shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Move and organize products throughout the warehouse.
- Use RF scanners to process inventory and orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
- Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow safety procedures and meet daily productivity goals.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required.
- Shipping & Receiving experience is a plus.
- Sit-down forklift experience is preferred.
- RF scanner experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical warehouse environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- English communication skills required; Spanish is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
