We are currently seeking a Packaging Machine Operator for a manufacturing company located in Miami Gardens, FL. This is a full-time, 1st Shift opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual with experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.The ideal candidate must have the ability to follow production procedures, maintain quality standards, and work in a clean and organized environment.
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Schedule: Wednesday – Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Operate packaging machinery according to production requirements.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure products are packaged correctly.
- Perform quality checks and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area following company sanitation procedures.
- Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety and quality requirements.
- Assist with cleaning and changeover of equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packaging, or production environment preferred.
- Ability to follow written procedures and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must speak Spanish
- Must be comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
