Forklift Operator / Picker

We are hiring a reliable and hardworking Forklift Operator / Picker to join our team in Doral, FL. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in Spanish and English and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Forklift Operator / Picker – Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, freight, and incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
• Pick and prepare products according to customer orders.
• Move, organize, and store materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Forklift Operator / Picker – Requirements

• Previous warehouse or order-picking experience preferred.
• Forklift operating experience preferred; certification is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in both languages.
