We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Full time- onsite
Monday-Friday some rotating Saturdays
$21.00-$22.00 an hour
Duties
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers and address their inquiries.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.
- Type responses and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the office database.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients via phone and email.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly when required.
- Provide support for client services, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual in English and either Spanish or Portuguese
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or client services is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic computer skills is required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Experience with cash handling is a plus but not mandatory.
