GL Restaurant Group is looking for a Restaurant Field Trainer to help our teams deliver consistent service across our restaurant locations. In this role, you’ll train new hires, coach current employees, and work with store managers to put our operating standards into practice.
What you’ll do
- Lead hands-on training for front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Support new hire onboarding and manager development
- Teach and reinforce service, food safety, and daily operating procedures
- Observe teams during shifts, provide practical feedback, and track training progress
- Help update training materials and support new restaurant openings
What we’re looking for
- Restaurant operations or staff training experience
- Strong communication and coaching skills
- The ability to work with different teams and visit restaurant locations
- An organized, patient approach and a commitment to consistent standards
Salary : $40,000 - $65,000
