GL Restaurant Group is looking for an organized, resourceful Office Manager to keep our office running smoothly and support our restaurant teams. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating with people, and following details through to completion.

What you’ll do

• Manage daily office operations, supplies, visitor reception, and meeting schedules
• Track employee attendance and leave records, and prepare reports
• Organize company documents and assist with government correspondence and license renewals
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google, Uber Eats, and other platforms
• Help restaurant locations resolve account access, menu updates, delivery platform, and other operational issues
• Coordinate with management and different teams to keep projects moving

What we’re looking for

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Careful attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• A professional approach to confidential employee and company information
• Office administration, restaurant operations, or multi-location experience is a plus
