What You’ll Do
- Complete resident work orders with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prepare apartments for new move-ins and maintain shared amenities like pools and BBQ areas.
- Ensure all equipment operates safely and efficiently.
- Support preventive maintenance initiatives to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Partner with the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
What You Bring
- Prior experience in apartment or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Dependable work ethic, strong communication skills, and a resident-first mindset.
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred.
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and excellence.
