We’re excited to welcome a Leasing Sales Consultant to join our team at Waterfront Place, a luxury apartment community located on Everett’s stunning waterfront.

About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position offering strong commission potential. As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll do more than lease apartments—you’ll help create a community where residents feel seen, supported, and inspired to stay.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome prospective residents, conduct engaging tours, and share what makes Waterfront Place unique.
- Manage the leasing process from inquiry through move-in with professionalism and care.
- Build relationships that foster trust, resident retention, and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, lease documentation, and resident files.
- Support community operations, working closely with the Community Manager to achieve occupancy goals.
- Embody the GLPM values of Integrity, Community, Synergy, Responsibility, and Care in every interaction.
What You Bring
- 1 year of experience in leasing, property management, or sales.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- A passion for customer service and creating meaningful resident experiences.
- Familiarity with property management software (Entrata experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $22–$24/hour generous leasing commissions.
