We are excited to welcome a Leasing Consultant to join our team at our lovely garden style multifamily community in Redland, OR.
About the Opportunity

We are looking for a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating meaningful first impressions and exceptional resident experiences.
At GLPM, leasing is about more than filling apartments it is about building trust, fostering community, and helping residents feel genuinely at home.
This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential.
What Youll Do
Welcome prospective residents and deliver engaging, personalized tours
Guide prospects through the leasing process with professionalism, responsiveness, and care
Build strong resident relationships that support retention and community satisfaction
Contribute to occupancy goals through effective follow-up, sales execution, and resident experience
Maintain accurate lease documentation, CRM activity, and resident files
Partner closely with the onsite team to support daily operations and community standards
Embody the GLPM values of Integrity, Community, Synergy, Responsibility, and Care in every interaction
What You Bring
1 year of experience in leasing, property management, hospitality, retail sales, or customer service
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
A genuine passion for people, hospitality, and creating positive experiences
Confidence in relationship-building and sales conversations
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment
Experience with Entrata or comparable property management software is a plus
