Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels of the organization

- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations leadership, with a focus on supply chain
- Experience with ERP software
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage performance effectively
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance standards
