Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering and program teams with project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and change requests.
- Collect, analyze, and organize data to support program timelines and performance metrics.
- Participate in coordinating activities between engineering, quality, operations, and supply chain teams.
- Help prepare program reports, presentations, and status updates.
- Review process workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with engineering trials, testing activities, and data collection as needed.
- Maintain organized project files, documentation, and version control in shared systems.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or Finance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with CAD or engineering tools is a plus.
- Interest in manufacturing, program management, or product development.
- Exposure to program engineering in a real manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on experience supporting cross-functional engineering projects.
- Skills in data analysis, documentation, and project coordination.
- Understanding of engineering change processes and program workflows.
- Valuable experience for future roles in engineering or program management and cross functional teams.
- On-site role in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- May involve time on the plant floor around industrial equipment.
- Standard daytime hours with occasional flexibility based on project needs.
