Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and test facility electrical systems, products, and controls.
- Design testing methods to confirm system and component capabilities.
- Lead and support the Facility Maintenance Team in preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, engineers, and utility providers to manage electrical and automation systems.
- Develop and maintain reports, documentation, and data for facility equipment.
- Prepare and assist with capital and expense budgets.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, customer, quality, and safety regulations.
- Act as team leader on construction projects and daily facility activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage multiple projects with precision.
- Communicate promptly on issues affecting Environment, Health, Safety, or Quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of electricity, automation controls, and materials.
- Experience in facility electrical systems and maintenance leadership.
- Familiarity with OSHA, ISO/TS 16949, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work proactively, lead teams, and deliver results under deadlines.
