Your Mission
Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and keeping production on track while the world sleeps? On our 3rd shift in Newton, NC 28658, you’ll assemble components, run equipment, and ensure every part meets spec—safely and efficiently.
You’ll Tackle
- Assembly and machining work aligned to established procedures and quality standards.
- Reading and interpreting work orders to understand specs and sequence.
- Inspecting materials and parts to catch defects before they reach the line.
- Building components with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery.
- Operating manufacturing equipment with a safety-first mindset.
- Verifying finished products meet all quality requirements.
- Keeping your station clean, organized, and audit-ready.
- Following safety guidelines and plant regulations at all times.
- Driving assembly process effectiveness and productivity.
- Reporting equipment malfunctions or process issues immediately.
Bring These Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED is required
- Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Comfort reading and interpreting work orders
- Fine attention to detail and strong manual dexterity
- Competent with hand tools, power tools, and production machinery
- Basic grasp of quality control principles
- Clear communicator and reliable team player
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Capability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed
