Project Manager Job Description:
*Manage Subcontract with Contractors regarding structural and misc. steel work (Division 5) and getting signed final agreement
*Manage scope of work from start to finish
*Handle Coordination between Contractor / Fabrication /Architects and Engineer
*Handle scheduling and coordination between foreman and contractor
*Manage Schedule of Values using MS Excel
*Manage Purchasing Materials
*Manage Equipment Rentals and Log usage
*Manage Change Orders: Submittals and Signed Approvals
*Handle Billing of Schedule of Values with the Office Manager Monthly
*Must have 4 years working as a project manager in steel construction.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
