GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. is a Hard Surface Maintenance and Restoration Company with a Certification Program that allows those accepted to be professionally trained on all hard surfaces (ie: concrete, granite, marble, travertine). The Hard Surface Maintenance and Restoration industry shows no signs of slowing and its continued growth has GK’s looking for top notch talent.
GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. has invested created a one-of-a-kind training center. This training center allows you to be trained in a controlled environment with extremely skilled craftsman in this industry. Once you have mastered the apprentice Certification Program, you can then advance your career to become a certified Head Hard Surface Technician. We not only have the best training center in Cleveland, but we are also THE LEADER in Cleveland in Hard Surface Maintenance and Restoration so come and learn from the best!
We have skilled technicians that perform both commercial and residential work. Once you graduate from the Certification Program, you can then move on to become a Head Technician. Head technicians are in charge of their own crews, run their own jobs, have more responsibility and also make more money.
GK’s Custom Polishing, Inc. operates year-round. This is NOT a seasonal job.
Brand new hires into the program start at the below wage. Pay increases steadily as you master the Program. Overtime is always available. Head Technicians start at the below wages. If you push yourself, you can be promoted to a Head Technician within 3 – 6 months.
NIGHT SHIFT – Starting pay $20.00 per hour to start with guaranteed increases. Head technicians start at $22.00 per hour. Plus attendance bonuses.

- Night shift work is usually from 7:00pm/8:30pm - 5:00am with work being performed Sunday night through Thursday night during the hours listed above.
- Hours range from 40 - 45 per week (overtime hours available)
