Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid | Raleigh & Greenville, NC

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in North Carolina. This role requires residing in North Carolina, preferably in the Raleigh or Greenville areas, to support a hybrid model that includes both in-person services and remote clinical work.

This full-time position offers a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, giving you the time and space to deliver high-quality, individualized ABA services without the burnout that comes with oversized caseloads. Our hybrid structure allows you to balance in-person sessions with remote treatment planning, supervision, and family support.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide clinical decision-making
  • Provide behavioral services both in-person and via telehealth to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and clinical staff through in-person and remote coaching
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in CentralReach, in compliance with HIPAA requirements
  • Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs


Qualifications

  • Current BCBA certification required
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in North Carolina, or ability to obtain
  • Must reside in North Carolina, preferably in the Raleigh or Greenville service areas
  • Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
  • Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance


Position Details

  • Location: North Carolina — Raleigh & Greenville service areas
  • Work Model: Hybrid (combination of in-person and remote work)
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Caseload: 25 hours of supervision
  • Compensation: Starting at $90,000/year, depending on experience and credentials

Salary : $92,000 - $105,000
