Responsibilities
- Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients, with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to track progress and guide clinical decision-making
- Provide direct behavioral services in person and via telehealth to children and individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through in-person and remote coaching
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, client-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual's needs
- Current BCBA certification required
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Kansas or Missouri, or ability to obtain
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
- Location: Kansas City Metro Area
- Schedule: Full-time, hybrid in-person and telehealth
- Caseload: 7–10 clients
- Compensation: Starting at $100,000/year, depending on experience and credentials

Salary : $10,000 - $115,000
