- Location: North Carolina — must reside within the state of North Carolina
- Schedule: Full-time | Hybrid — 50% in-person supervision, 50% remote/telehealth
- Caseload: 7–10 clients
- Compensation: Starting at $110,000/year
- Carry a manageable caseload of 7–10 clients with dedicated time for assessments, programming, and supervision
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans grounded in ABA principles
- Provide direct behavioral services in person (minimum 50% of supervision hours) and via telehealth
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and support staff through structured in-person and remote coaching
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated, client-centered care
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in CentralReach in compliance with HIPAA requirements
- Participate in client intake and onboarding to ensure a thorough understanding of each individual’s needs
- Current BCBA certification required
- NC Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) or ability to obtain
- Experience working with children with autism and/or developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of ABA methodologies and evidence-based behavioral interventions
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and treatment plan modification
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and HIPAA compliance
- Must reside or be willing to relocate within North Carolina
- Competitive salary starting at $110,000/year
