Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate technician schedules for in-home ABA sessions
- Handle scheduling adjustments, cancellations, and rescheduling requests with families
- Communicate professionally with parents regarding scheduling and service updates
- Work closely with behavior technicians and clinical staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Assist with authorization tracking and scheduling changes related to insurance approvals
- Support administrative and operational workflows across the organization
- Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling information within the CentralReach system
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and help ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Assist with general operations and team coordination as needed
- Must reside in North Carolina
- Experience using the CentralReach system required
- Prior experience in the ABA field strongly preferred
- Experience as an RBT/behavior technician and/or ABA administrative coordinator preferred
- Understanding of ABA therapy terminology, service structures, and scheduling workflows
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable communicating with parents, technicians, and clinical staff
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- ABA scheduling or operations experience
- Authorization management experience
- Experience supporting remote healthcare or therapy teams
- Knowledge of insurance-based ABA operations
