We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day field operations for a growing restoration company. This role oversees project execution, team performance, and customer satisfaction across water, fire, mold, and other restoration services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple restoration projects from intake to completion
- Lead, coach, and schedule field teams and project managers
- Ensure jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards
- Monitor KPIs (cycle time, margins, customer satisfaction) and drive improvements
- Coordinate with sales, estimating, and insurance partners
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and industry regulations (IICRC preferred)
Qualifications
- 5 years of operations or project management experience in restoration, construction, or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience with Xactimate or similar estimating tools preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $120,000 - $145,000
