This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Architect, located in Staten Island, NY. The Junior Architect will assist in architectural design, project development, and technical drafting. Responsibilities include creating and modifying project plans, collaborating with the design team, and ensuring project integration and compliance with design standards. The role also involves maintaining timelines and supporting project management tasks, while working closely with senior architects and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design principles
- Experience with Software Development tools and Integration in architectural workflows
- Strong skills in Project Management, including time management and task prioritization
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is highly desirable
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and building codes is a plus
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
