What are the responsibilities and job description for the Junior Architect position at PACS Architecture?
Entry Level Architect: We are seeking a highly motivated, responsible and detail-oriented individual with a professional degree (B. Arch. or higher) to join our team.
Specific responsibilities to include:
- Architectural surveying and documentation of existing conditions
- Generate detailed presentation drawings and renderings
- Assist with the production of highly detailed construction documents
- Research appropriate building materials, systems, and components
- Assist in the production of RFP responses for civic/municipal projects.
- Assist with office administration, including but not limited to organizing product library, updating the website, organizing files, etc.
Desired qualifications:
- Organized & detail oriented
- Strong writing & communication skills
- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong software knowledge (Vectorworks, Rhino, V-Ray & Adobe Suite a plus)
