Responsibilities
- Skillfully clean, fillet, and portion fish and seafood items according to established standards
- Prepare fish for cooking or packaging by removing bones, skin, and other inedible parts
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Package finished products carefully for retail or wholesale distribution, maintaining freshness and quality
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work station, including proper storage of raw materials
