We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our East Earl showroom. This is an opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and being rewarded for outstanding performance. Even better, this is a family business.
This is not an entry-level sales position and there is no cap on earnings. We're seeking someone with a demonstrated history of success who is ready to make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
- Consult with customers to help them furnish their homes with confidence.
- Guide clients through furniture selection, customization, room planning, and design solutions.
- Build lasting customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow every opportunity from initial greeting through delivery.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while consistently achieving sales goals.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
