Position Overview
We’re looking for a dependable Part-Time Restaurant Supervisor to help lead evening operations and assist with closing a few nights per week.
This role is ideal for someone with restaurant experience who can step in, keep things running smoothly, support the team, and ensure a strong finish to the night.
Key Responsibilities
- Help oversee front-of-house operations during evening shifts
- Support servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff as needed
- Ensure smooth service flow and a positive guest experience
- Assist with handling customer questions or concerns professionally
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness throughout the shift
- Help manage end-of-night responsibilities including:
- Closing duties
- Cash-out procedures
- Staff check-outs
- Securing the restaurant for the night
- Step in wherever needed to keep the operation running efficiently

- Prior restaurant experience required (leadership or shift lead experience preferred)
- Strong work ethic and reliability—this is a key closing role
- Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Team-first attitude with willingness to jump in and help
