About You:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Camp Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the Camp Director and ensuring the success of our summer camps.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist the Camp Director in daily camp administration, ensuring the smooth operation of camp business operations.
- Manage camper registration information, attendance, and financial reporting, as well as distribute essential information to campers and their families.
- Enforce Camp Staff Personnel Policies, provide conflict resolution, and offer problem-solving assistance as needed.
- Support council shop staff with weekly trading post activities.
- Ensure the business office is adequately staffed, handling customer service relations via telephone, Rallyhood, and in-person interactions.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or camp management preferred.
- Two years of experience in an office environment, with expertise in customer service, Excel, Word documents, emails, cash reconciliation, and heavy phone use.
- Familiarity with State, ACA, Girl Scout Safety Activity Check Point, and GSOFCT policies.
